Privacy policy
supermetry.com uses no cookies and no tracking scripts. This page explains the little data the website does handle, and how to reach us.

Who is responsible
Yupcha Softwares Private Limited, 153, Banamalipur, Agartala, West Tripura 799001, India ("Yupcha", "we"). Contact: contact@yupcha.com.
This policy covers the website supermetry.com. It does not cover Supermetry installations that you run yourself: when you self-host, you are responsible for the data your instance collects, and that data never reaches us. The self-hosted software contains no telemetry and does not report back to Yupcha.
Visiting the website
- No cookies, no analytics, no third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
- Server requests. To deliver pages, our server and hosting provider necessarily process your IP address and browser details for the duration of each request. Our website server does not keep access logs.
- Theme setting. If you switch between light and dark mode, the choice is saved in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Cloud early-access form
If you join the early-access list, we receive the details you enter: name, email address, company, website, preferred plan, expected monthly events and current tracking setup.
- How it is handled. The form is sent to our team as an email through our email provider. The website does not store submissions in a database.
- Why. To contact you about Supermetry Cloud early access and to plan capacity. We do not sell the data or use it for advertising.
- Legal basis. Your consent when you submit the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); India DPDP Act 2023, section 6). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
- Abuse protection. To limit spam, the server keeps one-way hashes of your IP address and email address in memory for up to 24 hours. Logs record only the domain part of the email address.
- How long we keep it. Until early access ends or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it, and you can withdraw consent. People in the EU and UK also have the right to object, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to complain to their data protection authority. In India you can also raise a grievance with the Data Protection Board of India. Write to contact@yupcha.com; we reply within 30 days.
Transfers
Yupcha is based in India. If you write to us or use the early-access form from another country, your message is processed in India and by our email provider. Supermetry Cloud, once it launches, will host customer analytics data in the EU.
Changes
We will update this page when what we collect changes, and change the date at the top.
