supermetry.com is run by Yupcha Softwares Private Limited ("Yupcha"), 153, Banamalipur, Agartala, West Tripura 799001, India. Contact: contact@yupcha.com.

The software

Supermetry is open source under the Apache License 2.0. Your use of the code, binaries and container images is governed by that licence, including its warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability. When you self-host, you run the software on your own infrastructure and are responsible for it and for the data it collects.

Supermetry Cloud

Supermetry Cloud is not available yet. Joining the early-access list does not create a contract or reserve a price. Cloud will have its own terms of service and data processing agreement, which we will publish before it launches.

Using this website

• Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break it, overload it, or submit forms automatically or with someone else's details.
• The content is provided for information. We try to keep it accurate, but features, prices and plans can change before Cloud launches.
• Product names and logos of other companies belong to their owners. Comparisons are dated and based on public sources.

Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Yupcha is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Agartala, Tripura, India have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
