Filter reports and save segments

Narrow dashboard reports with filters and save a reusable set of filters.

Apply filters to focus dashboard reports, then save the current filters as a segment.

  1. Open Dashboard and select Add filter.

  2. Choose a Dimension, an operator and a Value. For a custom property, also enter its Property key.

  3. Select Apply filter. Add more filters if needed; select an active filter to remove it.

  4. Open Segments, select Save segment, enter a Segment name, then select Save segment again.

  5. To reuse it, open Segments and choose its name under Saved segments.

What you should see: the active filters appear above the report, and the saved segment is available from Segments.
