Manage team roles
Assign organization roles, per-site access, and sensitive data permissions.
Assign each organization member only the sites and permissions they need.

Select the organization, open Settings, then select Members.

Find the member and choose a Role.
Role Access Owner All sites, sensitive data, and organization administration Admin All sites, sensitive data, and member administration Editor Assigned sites and their analytics settings Viewer Analytics for assigned sites -
For an Editor or Viewer, set Site access to All current and future sites, Selected sites, or No sites. If you choose selected sites, check each site they may use.

Under Sensitive data permissions, grant Read profiles, Watch replays, or Export data when required. Owners and Admins include these permissions automatically.
Changes are saved as you make them. Only Owners and Admins can manage members, and only an Owner can change another Owner’s access.
What you should see: the member row shows the selected role, site access, and sensitive data permissions.
