Review notification history
See every alert delivery, find failures and retry them.
Check whether an alert reached its channel and retry deliveries that failed.

Open the site, select Settings, then select History.

Filter by Status (Pending, Succeeded or Failed), Channel (Email, Slack, Discord, Telegram or Webhook) or Alert ID.

Read each row: the channel, number of attempts, when the alert fired and, for failures, the error text.

For a failed delivery, select Retry delivery. This needs permission to manage alerts.
Error text is shortened and has channel URLs, signing secrets and bot tokens replaced with [redacted].
Keep history
Section titled “Keep history”Owners and Admins choose how long history is kept under Settings, Notifications, Keep delivery history: 7 days, 30 days (the default shown), 90 days or 1 year.
What you should see: a retried delivery moves to Succeeded, or stays Failed with an updated attempt count.
