Exclude your own visits
Ignore analytics from your current IP address or a trusted network range.
Add your address to the site’s IP exclusions so internal visits do not enter analytics.

Open Settings → Tracking and find Exclusions.

Select Add my current IP.

Add any other trusted address or CIDR range on its own line.
203.0.113.72001:db8::/32 -
Select Save exclusions, then visit the tracked site from that address.
What you should see: new visits from the excluded address do not appear in Realtime or other analytics.
