Inspect sessions

Review visits and open a session timeline of pageviews and events.

Use Sessions to inspect individual visits within the selected reporting period.

  1. Open Sessions from the sidebar.

  2. Set Period and Compare, then apply any dashboard filters you need.

  3. Scan Entry → exit, Source, Location, Browser, OS, Device, Profile, Duration, and Views / events.

  4. Select the date and time in Started to open Session timeline.

  5. Read the ordered pageviews and events, then close the panel to return to the session list.

What you should see: Session timeline opens for the selected row and lists that visit’s activity in order.
