Integrations
Connect a site to an outside service so Supermetry can import its data on a schedule.
An integration links one site to one outside provider. Supermetry stores the connection, fetches data on a schedule, and shows it next to your analytics. Google Search Console is the first provider.
How integrations work
Section titled “How integrations work”- A site has at most one connection per provider.
- You authorize with the provider through OAuth. Supermetry never sees your provider password.
- Access and refresh tokens are encrypted with
SUPERMETRY_SECRET_KEYand are never returned by the API or written to logs. - A background job checks for due connections every 30 minutes. Failures back off and never stop other connections.
- A revoked grant parks the connection as needing reauthorization until you reconnect.
- Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens and all data imported for that site.
Manage integrations
Section titled “Manage integrations”-
Open your site, then Settings → Integrations.
-
Each provider shows as connected, reconnect needed, or sync problem, with the last sync and the date it has synced through.
-
Select Connect on a provider and follow its sign-in.
Only organization owners and admins can connect, reconnect or disconnect. Editors can see the status. A provider whose server credentials are not set is hidden.
What you should see: the connection appears as connected and the first data arrives after the next sync.
