Export CSV data

Download the current dashboard period and filters as a CSV report.

Export a dashboard breakdown for offline analysis.

  1. Open the site dashboard and set the period, comparison, and filters you want in the export.

  2. Select Export CSV.

  3. Choose Timeseries, Pages, Entry, Exit, Sources, UTM, Countries, Regions, Cities, Browsers, OS, Devices, or Events.

  4. Save the downloaded .csv file.

The Export CSV control is shown only when your role includes Export data. Owners and Admins have it automatically; Editors and Viewers need the sensitive data permission.

What you should see: your browser downloads a CSV containing the selected breakdown for the current dashboard query.
